How to use Macro in Microsoft Office Word

Hi friends, I am Shameem and I am going to show you to use Macro in Microsoft Office. I will not take your lots of time to learn how to use Macro in MS Office Word. I will show you very easy and shortcut ways so you will able to learn the same to work smoothly in MS Office.

First, you need to pre-installed Microsoft Office applications/package in your system / PC to continue further.

Step-1:    Run the MS Office Word by this way ( pres window key and "R" button ) and type winword and then press enter button:


Then the Microsoft Office Word home screen will be displayed as under:


Step-2:    Find the Main Menu bar at the top, wherein you will find the View ribbon and left click on the same, then select Macro Option by this way:


 and select or click on the Record Macro... option like this way:


Step-3    Thereafter, a dialog box will be appeared on your desktop screen as below:


Then select the Keyboard button to record the first macro "Macro1" and then assign the keyboard shortcut key (any key e.g. Ctrl + M) and press the Assign button, then press the close button as mentioned below:


Step-4    Now, you can record your working steps like typing, copying, pasting, cutting, using shortcut keys, inserting tables etc. After recording your works, stop the macro recording by this way:


Step-5    Now you can use your macro by using your shortcut keys (whatever you choose before recording your macro) and you can repeat your work step you done between recording to stopping you macro.
